Jim has been in the paint industry for 38 years. He started as a union painter, and became an estimator for a large drywall and painting company before eventually being the head of the paint department. He began Performance Paint and Wall Covering in 1984, and closed the company in 1998. Since then, he's worked for 3 other paint companies as a painter, superintendent, safety officer, and now as an estimator and project manager for RMCC for the past 3 years since its opening in 2013
Andres took an early interest in technology in high school, learning to code websites for his school's publication. He started at RMCC in 2014 as an apprentice painter, learning the basics of painting, building, and carpentry from his dad and mentors in the theater program at his high school. After 3 months, Andres was promoted to Administrative Assistant for the company and took over the design of the website and management of the office's processes.
He graduated from high school in 2015 and started a degree in environmental studies with focuses in public speech and forestry. Andres moved to Portland, OR in 2016, and rejoined the RMCC team in 2017. He is currently working on the third year of his bachelor's degree in environmental studies, and continues to support the office at RMCC.

Robert has been in the construction industry for over 25 years. He started his construction career after college in the mid 80s, working on Air Force bases located in Arizona; Luke Williams, Davis Monthan, and Nellis AFB in Nevada. His work there mainly consisted of concrete and excavation, involving all aspects of the trade, from formwork to layout in concrete and operating excavation equipment.
He moved back to Fort Collins, CO and changed trades to become familiar with framing, drywall, roofing, and interior finishes. He worked for other companies in the early 90's in both residential and commercial construction. In the late 90's, he started his own company and did a mix of commercial and residential work.
Robert started doing remodel and addition work in residential and commercial projects in Ft. Collins and the Denver metro area until the economy improved, and moved on to contract work for the redevelopment at Foothills Fashion Mall in Ft. Collins in 2013, which has been his main focus for 3 years. His company, RMCC, has been involved in the demolition, framing, drywall, and paint for the project. RMCC also bids work to many other General Contractors in the Fort Collins and Cheyenne areas.
Shelly began at RMCC in March of 2016, and took on the role of accounting and bookkeeping for the company. Shelly has worked as an Office Manager, Bookkeeper, and Assistant Manager at several different companies since 2008. She was born in New York, lived in California for most of her life, and moved to Fort Collins in 2006.
Eric started at RMCC in 2015 as a construction superintendent, overseeing construction and demolition for the company. In 2017, Eric moved into the office to oversee construction estimating and office processes. He is skilled in several trades including carpentry, framing, drywall, and more.
